Christopher started his culinary training in Canada before traveling to Bermuda then on to New Zealand in 1987.Gaining a vast variety of experience before relocating to Sydney Australia in 2003. Christopher has been Executive Chef for the Sir Stamford as well as the Radisson Hotel before becoming the Director of F&B / Executive Chef for the Chifley Hotel. Christopher is also a Director on the Australian Culinary Federation of New South Wales, Australia.

Peter Trewenack brings to the Spectrum Team a definitive culinary perspective on executive placement. Peter has an in-depth knowledge of requirements and trends within the Australian and South East Asian Region.
He has come from an extensive background in International Hotels and Resorts. Most recently as Executive Chef for Amadeus Catering, Merchant Court Hotel, Cypress Lakes Resort & Golf Club, Laguna Quays Resort, The Press Club in Hanoi Vietnam, The Beaufort Sentosa Hotel Singapore and the Beaufort Heritage Hotel Brisbane. Peter has been involved in opening many ITT Sheraton Hotels throughout Australia as well as The Adelaide Casino and Hamilton Island Resort.
Peter is a board member of the Australian Culinary Federation New South Wales and an accredited Regional Culinary Judge.
