Our client is a highly successful hospitality company with over 20 properties Australia wide.

They currently seek an entrepreneur Bar General Manager who is keen to manage a busy themed bar in Perth.

You will be responsible for the overall management of this stand alone business. Your responsibility will include, Sales, marketing, promotions, increasing revenue, controlling costs, preparing budgets, innovating revenue streams, creating menus, enhancing the profile of the company and building a strong clientele for the business. You will report to the Group General Manager.

Ideally you would have 3+ years bar management experience, have sound F&B knowledge, ability to hold a liquor license and have a desire to take ownership of the business.
