A General Manager with a passion for guest satisfaction and deluxe hospitality service is sought by this resort in Vietnam. This luxury resort forms part of an up and coming resort group, that will soon be one of the leaders in the region.
This is a pre-opening role that will see you involved with ensuring the resort’s operations are in line with the group’s visions, policies, procedures and service standards. This role requires a Manager who is highly motivated and exudes a positive energy. You must be able to multi task and have proven abilities to manage and lead a team. Knowledge of the Asian market will be advantageous.
To be considered for this role, candidates must also demonstrate the following attributes:
Currently be a General Manager, or a highly experienced EAM with a deluxe resort company
Be results-driven and passionate about guest satisfaction
Some experience in Sales and Marketing and extensive operational background
Strong organizational skills
Proven leadership and management abilities
Solid business and financial acumen
Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
University degree or equivalent
